The following special permits or licenses required for execution of the construction and maintenance works in territory of Mongolia are:
The licenses shall be valid during the bid validity period. If the licenses are expired during this period, the decision of relevant authorities on extension of the license shall be submitted prior to expiration of the above-named licenses. Such licenses shall not be required from foreign bidders. Foreign bidders shall associate with national bidders as (i) partners in the form of joint venture, or (ii) sub-contractors, who possesses the above mentioned and valid licenses. Any bid not accompanied by the compliant licenses shall be rejected by the Employer as nonresponsive.

Bid opening will take place electronically. Electronic bid opening procedure shall be as follows: All bidders shall have the option of viewing the opening via zoom online meeting application. The links to the viewing will be issued via email to bidders 7 days prior to the opening.
