Officials led by H.E Mr. Enkh-Amgalan Byambasuren, Minister of Road and Transport Development of Mongolia visited the Chinggis Khaan New International Airport in order to examine the progress of works and the implementation of tasks related to the scheduled commencement of the airport operation.

During the visit, the Minister had a meeting with Mongolian and Japanese representatives of New Ulaanbaatar International Airport LLC which is in charge of the airport management, and the minister was briefed about the current situation and challenges faced at the site. In return, the minister expressed to pay his personal attention and the government support in addressing those issues.
