The licenses shall be valid during the bid validity period. If the licenses is expired during this period, the decision of relevant authorities on extension of the licenses shall be submitted prior to expiration of the above-named licenses. Members of Joint Venture or sub-contractors shall submit special permits/licenses in relation to works to be assigned under the contract along with the contract.
Foreign bidders shall submit the appropriate documents, licenses, certifications and reports that they can prove as being equivalent to the above-mentioned additional documents. Foreign bidders may associate with (i) partners in the form of joint venture, or (ii) sub-contractors, who possess the above-mentioned licenses.
Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
