Mr. Nasantogtokh Batmunkh was appointed as the State Secretary of the Ministry of Road and Transport of Mongolia on September 24, 2025 by the Resolution No. 110 of the Government of Mongolia.

H.E. Mr. Delgersaikhan Borkhuu, Minister of Road and Transport of Mongolia welcomed the newly appointed State Secretary and extended his best wishes and success to Mr. Nasantogtokh Batmunkh in his new assignment. The minister also expressed gratitude for his accomplishments and dedicated service to Mr. Batbold Sandagdorj, the outgoing State Secretary.
