INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN A SPECIAL-PURPOSE ROAD PROJECT BIDDING

Project: “Special-Purpose Road Construction Project from Choir City of Govisümber Province to Zamyn-Uud city”
The Ministry of Road and Transport of Mongolia hereby invites domestic, foreign legal entities, and their consortia to participate in a competitive bidding to implement the “Special-Purpose Road Construction Project from Choir City of Govisümber Province to Zamyn-Uud city” project by financing, constructing, and operating the road with their fund.
Within the framework of the project, the legal entity or consortium that concludes a road construction and operation agreement shall finance, construct, and operate the road using its own or otherwise sourced funds, recover its investment from operational revenues during the contract term, and, upon expiry of the contract, transfer the road to state ownership under the conditions stipulated in the agreement.
The selection process will be conducted in two stages: preliminary selection and competitive bidding.
The preliminary selection documents will be provided in accordance with this announcement to legal entities or consortia that submit an official request to participate in the project, along with proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of MNT 500,000 (five hundred thousand tögrög) to the following account:

Legal entities or consortia interested in participating shall submit their sealed proposals in accordance with the requirements stated in the preliminary selection documents no later than 03:00 pm on September 15, 2025.
Applicants who have submitted proposals may withdraw or resubmit them before the proposal submission deadline.
