Minister Delgersaikhan Borkhuu met with ambassadors of the European Union and EU member states accredited to Mongolia to discuss cooperation in the transport and infrastructure sectors.
During the meeting, the Minister presented Mongolia’s mediu- and long-term development goals, highlighting ongoing and planned projects in road, air, and logistics infrastructure. He expressed appreciation for support from international partners, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Both sides discussed strengthening collaboration, with a focus on experience-sharing and joint efforts in road and air transport development. The Minister also answered questions from the ambassadors regarding specific projects and investment opportunities.
Over 20 d diplomats from EU countries, including ambassadors and senior embassy officials from Austria, France, Italy, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Poland, Ireland, and others, attended the meeting.
